Financial Strategy and Planning: 

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and the Board of Directors on financial matters.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans. 

Financial Management:

  • Oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and audit functions.

Risk Management:

Professional Certifications:

  • CA (Certified chartered Accountant): This is one of the most common and respected certifications for a CFO.

Lexoraa Industries Limited is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SEBI & BSE Compliance Officer (Company Secretary) to ensure that the company complies with all regulatory requirements under SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) and BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) guidelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and secretarial functions, with a focus on the Indian securities market. This role is crucial for maintaining the company’s reputation, legal standing, and adherence to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure full compliance with SEBI regulations, BSE listing requirements, and other applicable laws and regulations.


Stay updated on changes in regulatory frameworks and communicate the implications to senior management and the Board.


Manage the filing of all necessary documents and forms with SEBI, BSE, and other regulatory bodies.

Corporate Governance:

Advise the Board of Directors and senior management on corporate governance best practices, ensuring that the company adheres to the highest standards.

Organize and manage Board and Committee meetings, including the preparation and circulation of agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions.

Ensure that the company complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements regarding corporate governance.
